Van Life Dreams Come True

We purchased the van from Justin in early December and the process was excellent! He spent about 2hours with us explaining everything about the operation of the van to include the warranty. A couple days later I found myself with a couple more questions and the second I texted Justin, he immediately replied. He always replies quickly to any text I send him. He's a great guy with amazing talents ! We just took our first trip with the van spending a month on the road. The van is amazing !! It works better than I could have hoped ! Not once did I have a need to plug the van in. The 800 watts of solar was incredible! His use of Tesla batteries is genius. You will not find an electrical system like this on ANY van in the market ! Justin's inverter system is mind blowing ! His creation allowed us to camp on a beautiful beach for a week using air conditioning, heat on a couple nights, the microwave, the induction stove, endless hot water, without any worries !! Truly amazing!! There was no other camper van that could do what we were doing. Many folks came to look at our van wanting to know its 'secret' .His interior design gave us more room than any camper van I've come across. The ability to utilize two max air fans is a game changer! I have researched vans for just over two years and I guarantee there is nothing so well built out there. I can't say enough about Justin's builds. A person would easily pay twice as much for a van and still not come close to such a quality build. If you are fortunate enough to be in a position to purchase one of Justin's builds, GRAB IT !!! We consider ourselves extremely fortunate for finding Justin / Ninja Vans !!!!

I would absolutely recommend going to Justin at NinjaVan LLC if you are interested in getting built out van. Not only is the design and build out extremely well done and thought out, but Justin also makes the whole buying process and paperwork seamless and straight forward. He was incredibly responsive as I navigated the research and buying process and answered all my questions usually within a 15 minute timeframe which I thought was incredible. He also offers a robust user manual which is very helpful for me as I am not technical so it is great to have those resources in case I mess anything up with the van. Even now post-purchase he is still incredibly responsive and still answers my questions right away. My main concern with buying a custom van was the support because I don't even know how to change a tire but with Justin I have all the confidence in the world that nothing will go wrong with the van, but if something does, he will be there to support me in figuring it out. 100% recommend. I bought a 2023 RAM van in the fall of 2024 from Ninjavan. I was able to include a few small customized changes, it was delivered on time and budget and with lots of good advice on how to do things. For the past year I have put 20,000 miles on my camper going all over the country camping and seeing friends and family. I have not had any problems with the van or any of the customized camper components that Justin installed. It is a great lay out, better than a lot of others I saw on my travels. Ninja vans is amazing. If I could give 6 stars, I would. What I love most about this van build is how thoughtful it is. He has been building them for years and is constantly improving on the design slightly, and it shows. Every time I think that I would like something in a particular place, that’s exactly where it is. The team is very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

My wife and I are musicians working as a duo. As class C RV owners for a few years it became apparent that while they are great vehicles for camping, it did not suit us as musicians. We needed something stealthy and self contained, that would fit in a regular parking spot. We (mostly my wife) researched class B RVs (trust me when I say she did extensive research on all of the individual components) for a few years while saving money and selling our 24ft Itasca. We watched Justin’s Ninjavan videos and other builder’s videos and considered doing a build ourselves from scratch or from a kit. We had built our house doing much of the work ourselves so we were confident in our abilities. We really didn’t want to be bogged down with that big task. We were very close to going with a class B from Winnebago or Thor because of the financing ease and convenience. But the base models they offer weren’t really practical because they were designed for campgrounds (ac only operates plugged in) and had stuff we didn’t need and didn’t have the stuff we wanted. We decided to take a trip to see a Ninja Van model in person and then go to NH to see a factory built class B RV at a dealership. Well, the Ninja Van build blew our minds. It is elegant and very streamlined. We had watched the videos many times but when you get in one you will see that the quality is superb. It was everything we needed and wanted. The cargo space is huge and will fit everything we need. After seeing it we didn’t want to look at anything else. So we decided to just put the deposit down to start the process. Also I want to say that Justin is a great guy to work with. I believe that Justin is someone who will become a rising star in this industry because of his innovative designs, workmanship and customer service. Justin was always extremely responsive and punctual in answering all of our questions. I really like him and his business model. The Van is better and more enjoyable than expected. My wife and I are so glad that we made this choice, compared with options available for the same money. The space and open feel is very comfortable due to the design. We are so happy with our purchase and are looking forward to our next adventure. Thank you Justin !

We have rented camper vans for our trips to New Zealand, Ireland and the US. Justin’s vans are light years better than those of any of the standard manufacturers. The quality of the interior fit and finish, the massive solar capability, and the innovative systems (no need for propane tank, able to use A/C or induction cooktop or microwave or hot water heater off grid, day/night surveillance cameras, and the electric gray water dump system) makes traveling in his vans a joy. And his customer service is fantastic - we texted him a question at 9PM one night and he answered within minutes. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Thanks Justin !

I highly recommend Justin and NinjaVan! After spending many months researching, learning, and speaking to many custom builders and RV dealers, it was clear that NinjaVan was the best choice for value, process, and quality. Justin was so helpful, both via email and during shop visits, and he made us feel comfortable during the entire process. I have been using the van for a few months now and feel totally safe and equipped- including in the northern winter as the van has remained warm and cozy during extreme cold and wind. This van is a true four season, something that you won't find in a manufactured class b, and the carpentry is sturdy and home-like which creates additional comfort. The electric and plumbing systems are also top-notch and far exceed what others could offer-especially for the cost. In addition to a quality build, I really loved that Justin offered multiple options for purchasing both the van itself and the build- including finding the van through a dealer partnership and completing the build. This was the ideal situation for me, and something that other custom builders did not offer. Throughout the process he kept us informed and offered opportunities to add additional cosmetic customization along the way. Once the build was complete, Justin was extremely swift at providing everything needed for insurance and financing. Justin is so knowledgeable, kind, and honest. We love the van design he crafted. He communicated so directly and honestly throughout the whole process. Justin is a man of his word. He came through in all the ways that he agreed to. Justin went out of his way, frequently going the extra mile, such as driving to NH and inspecting the van for us before he brought it to his shop. The product is wonderful. Our ability to enjoy and use it is enhanced by all the tips and suggestions Justin not only gives via text and phone, but also by the numerous videos and tip sheets he has on his website. We just returned home from our first long weekend outing with our van and everything worked WONDERFULLY!! We are so super excited to head west across the US in a couple of weeks and we couldn’t be happier with our new camper van conversion. Originally we were looking to buy a used camper, but everything we looked at was either really expensive or pretty old and/or didn’t have the features that we were looking for (solar, alternator charging, shore power option, A/C, inside shower and toilet). We also liked the idea of having a “gas-free” (including no propane or butane) van for everything except the van engine and heater and love how beautifully the induction stove works. We liked the idea of having a conversion done just for us, but many of the other builders that we looked at were way out of our price range. With Ninjavan LLC we were able to get a low-mileage Promaster, still under warranty, and have everything in the camper brand new, for the cost of a high-mileage van or RV. Justin took care of the whole process of getting the van and then doing the build in just over a month. He has been amazingly responsive with the 10-million questions that we have had before, during, and after the build process and was willing to customize the van for us by adding things like a swing-out TV bracket. We love how totally off the grid we can be with the van, how clean and bright and sleek the interior is, and how all of the electrical bells and whistles are all fully integrated and functional, and stealth. We started thinking seriously about a camper van in August. We looked at used conversions. They were all high mileage older converted vans. We happened to see an ad from Ninja Vans and drove up to Brimfield, Mass to see one. Justin had 3 of them in progress. We spoke with him for about an hour, went to lunch to think about it, drove back to his garage and gave him a deposit. We had our new van by the end of September. It was a no-brainer. A low mileage, 2023 Ram Promaster 2500 with a brand new and very warm and comfortable space inside. The craftsmanship and quality are evident. We took it out last weekend for the first time. We wanted a Class B van but were not impressed with the typical manufacturer vans in both quality and price. We had specific wants that most layouts don't accommodate; no indoor shower and extra space at the slider door. And it had to be a high roof Ford Transit because that was the only way I could fit into a van without ducking. RV dealers couldn't get us what we wanted, and even if they could, we just weren't going to pay their ridiculous prices. Then we fould Ninjavan and spoke to Justin and it was like the clouds cleared and the sun was shining! We live in NH so we took the drive down to his shop and found out we could get exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price and some of the systems blew away what the average manufacturer van came with; 10 KwH Tesla batteries, 6 solar panels for 600 watts of charging, security cameras and monitor. Justin is a pleasure to work with. I submitted him my poorly illustrated floor plan made with Google Drawings and he easily understood what we wanted and made it happen. His communication is top notch through the build process and after. I have peppered him with many questions since we took possession of the van and he has responded every time in under an hour. We really couldn't be happier with how this whole process went. I highly recommend Ninjavan. If you are considering a camper van but are unsure which way to go, I can tell you- This Is The Way!!!

Fantastic experience! I almost bought a cookie cutter manufactured Class B and fortunately came across Justin and his business in the process! When I realized that I could have my own custom build with all the "bells and whistles", I was sold! Justin is so very patient and prompt to answer questions during and after the build process. I picked up my beautiful custom camper van built by Justin at NinjavanRv two weeks ago and have been amazed by the quality, engineering and design. Everything just works, flawlessly. The 10kwh tesla house battery runs the AC, microwave, water heater and fridge as well as the 12 v lights, fan, etc. No propane! The heater runs directly off the gas tank. The rooftop solar panels work so well keeping the house battery charged that I have not turned off the fridge or the inverter or used the alternator charger or shore power since I picked it up, even on hot days using the AC. I asked Justin to include an extra large garage for bicycles and the garage works perfectly, but somehow it still feels roomy and comfortable in the front of the van. It is very stealth on the outside, just looks like a plain van. It includes details like security cameras x 4 as well as shower head, a floor drain and ceiling hooks for a portable indoor shower. The build is solid, high quality wood and designed for good access to systems for repairs if needed. Everything is well insulated and winter ready. It also looks beautiful. I looked at a bunch of other high end camper vans with a similar set up and they all cost twice as much without the quality or customization options. Justin even helped me find and purchase the van itself, a 2022 Ford Transit AWD high roof. These are rare but he helped me find one that was lightly used and at a good price. Highly recommend!

We have been dreaming of purchasing our own van for the last 5 years or more. We had done extensive research and had a very particular layout and build style in mind. We searched for weeks and ran into Ninja Van on the internet. We scheduled a Zoom call with Justin and knew immediately we had found our builder. Justin was knowledgable, accommodating to our endless questions, and provided practical guidance for our requests for customization. We also felt the price was fair. We had a rapid turnaround for our build and Ninja Van delivered right on time. We've been living full time in the van for about three weeks now. The FAQs and other support materials are very well-written and we use them regularly. We know little about plumbing, water systems, and electricity. The simplicity of the build along with the support materials have us very confident in our ability to use the van's technologies and conduct the basic maintenance on the van's systems. Ninja Van continues to be very responsive to our questions when they come up by both text and e-mail. Thanks to Justin and Ninja Van, our #vanlife dream has finally come true. We're currently spending early January off-grid in Big Bend National Park enjoying the desert and amazing scenery in our van, Lola. Buying a van is a daunting process and investment. We highly recommend Justin and Ninja Van for your van!

If we could give a 10 star review for Justin Bai and his company, NinjaVanLLC, we would!! From the beginning of our search to have somebody build a camper van for us in a used Ram pro master 2500, Justin spent a significant amount of time on the phone long distance with us sharing what he was able to do. Having researched many companies, he was able to address our needs of having a shower and a toilet inside the van, as well as having the bed at the back of the van which many companies did not provide. Justin sent us many models that he was able to do with that specific van. After choosing which one would be best for us, Justin actually contacted a customer who lived in our state: Virginia, and the customer agreed to allow us to see the van he purchased from Ninja Van earlier that year. We then took a road trip up to Massachusetts to see the work that he did. We were very impressed, especially with his superb knowledge of electrical Engineering in the van for batteries, hook ups, solar and lighting, etc. He also was willing to add a couple personalized requests for the floor and the bench. He assisted us in choosing a used vehicle as he has connections with a very large dodge Ram pro Master dealership. He accommodated my husband, who is 6 feet for both the height of the van, and the length of the bed. When our first choice did not work out, because it was located in California, he personally drove to the dealership and chose one for us, which was like brand new. We couldn’t be more pleased in working with Justin and need you to know that, in addition to his superb workmanship, he is a very professional and kind person to work with. You will not be disappointed. Again,, wish we could give him 10 stars!!

We couldn’t have gotten any more lucky than when we found Justin and Ninja Van. Their work is not only beautiful but so well done and our van is equipped with everything we had on our list. Justin is so knowledgeable and took us through every working system so we drove away with the confidence to start our van journey immediately. He was so accommodating when we had a couple of modifications done for our 2 cats. He makes himself available at all times and answers any question promptly. Justin was great to work with during the construction of our van. We had a tight timeline to get the van done before we flew into Boston for a week long vacation into Nova Scotia, and Justin was able to get everything done. The van is amazing. We really like the layout. It is simple and very functional. The electrical system in the van is what sets it apart. We spent over a week boondocked at Burning Man and had plenty of power and water the whole time. We would recommend Ninjavan to anyone looking for a great camper van.

Justin is simply THE BEST. First, the van design is simple (which I like) yet has every feature you need. Easy to operate and understand. No propane. No generator. Two lithium batteries with 3-way charging are all you need. The kitchen works well, the bed is comfortable and the shower/toilet combo is ideal for my wife and me. Really nice layout No problem when I asked for a modification to lower the bed 4”. We lost a drawer with this but it made it easier getting on/off the bed Best of all is Justin. He immediately responds to every text that I sent over the construction period. Better yet: he has continued his first rate service after the sale. I’ve called him a bunch of times to ask about awnings, winterizing and reminding me about what something blinking on the battery guage meant ( it was in charging mode). It’s very comforting to know that he’s there to help 5 stars for the design, build and service.

We bought an empty Ram Promaster van and brought it to Justin to build out into our new home on wheels! We researched and spoke with several companies prior to choosing Justin. We really felt like he understood what we wanted and his quote was incredibly reasonable. He was always easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. He was patient with all of our questions and extremely knowledgeable about any aspect of van living that came up. He was also very accommodating with changes we requested to his original design and customizations that we wanted along the way. Our van came out exactly as we'd pictured!! Justin's van is our dream camper. The design is perfect and so stealthy, even when we can't find a spot to camp, any street will do. Justin's support is top notch. He responds to questions incredibly quickly, and is always very helpful. We've had a few issues and he stands by his warranty 100%. We have added a few features, mainly lights, and Justin has helped us with all aspects of our upgrades. We recommend his vans very highly.

I absolutely give Justin and Ninja Van RV a 5-Star rating! We purchased a camper van from Justin 18 months ago, and love it. Justin has a very strong background in electrical engineering, and that shows up throughout the van. It has the best solar panels & Tesla batteries we have seen. We have camped several days relying completely on the solar electricity for our needs…the battery never dropped below 60% charged. We also love the 4-way security camera. It is amazing how many features Justin has crammed into a small space. Each seat cushion in the cargo area covers / hides a battery, water tank, wiring & fuse box, or other infrastructure. We got a great value for our investment. Justin is a “model” small business owner. He is involved with every aspect of the van conversion. If we contact him with a question, he often responds in minutes. He provides great personal attention, and has been completely honest and fair with us in all matters. I had Justin work with me in designing and building of my custom camper van. Although I am on the West Coast and he is in Boston I found communicating through emails and phone calls to be no problem. He worked with me until we had a terrific design. He does very good work and at an extremely good price. Over the past year I had some questions and he was always available by phone. For anyone that wanted a good quality camper van build out at a great price I would suggest contacting him.

We have a van built by Ninjavan LLC and it is just amazing and we love it. The workmanship is second to none, with solar panels and telsa batteries, it is totally self contained. Our van is used all week long, all year long, as a member of our family is in competitive sports and travels all over. Justin answered any and all questions we had and is super to work with. We have seen many of these vans and none compares to ours. Queen bed, shower, kitchen area - it lacks nothing. Do not purchase one of these vans until you check out Ninjavan.
